The Charming Councilor is the 45th substory in Yakuza Kiwami 2.
Plot[]
On West Shofukucho Street, a thug is accusing a man of bumping into him and breaking a rib. He is trying to get money from the man. Kiryu interviews challenging the thug to a fight. After the fight, the two men introduce themselves as Councilor Saeki of the National Diet and his aide, Mita. They give you a copy of "You, Unleashed," a book written by the Councilor. Kiryu doesn't know what to do with this copy of the book until he runs across a dour man name Yoshida. Kiryu gives him a copy of this book. Councilor Saeki is then seeking harassing a woman who turns out to be Yoshida's wife. With his new found confidence, he stands up to the men only to be punched out by Mita. Kiryu then intervenes. After Kiryu's intervention, Yoshida then gets to go home with his wife again.
