Tug of War is the eighth chapter of Yakuza 0.

Plot[]

The chapter begins at Hogushi Kaikan with both Lee and Majima trying to figure out how the killer got ahold of the outfit for the body double. Majima reveals that the only way to figure out who is behind the killing is to go to the Grand and meet the mysterious caller. The mysterious caller has rented out the entire Grand and is having an inappropriate time with the female hostesses before Majima intervenes. The caller reveals that his runs the Kijin Clan and is named Nishitani. He wants you to hand over the real Makoto to him.

After defeating Nishitani in battle, the cops arrive to remove him from the club. Majima then returns to the office to find Sagawa waiting for him. Sagawa once gain questions while Majima didn't call him upon completion of the hit on Makoto. Majima realizes that the fake body will only keep Sagawa off the trail for so long so he decides that he needs to go and talk with Lee once more.

At the Odyssey warehouse, Majima informs them about what happened at the Cabaret with Nishitani. Majima also informs Lee and Makoto that they need to leave town immediately and go into hiding. As they prepare to leave, the warehouse door swings open and the Chinese Underground Doctor appear with members who have ties to Sagawa. After defeating the thugs, Lee reveals that he has to take the doctor to get taken care of. Majima needs to take Makoto to Hogushi Kaikan. Upon entering the van outside of the clinic, it explodes. Sagawa then appears and says that he is going to take out Majima. However, he is quickly shot in the back by a mysterious man.
