Goro Majima is one of the characters in the Yakuza (series). He has served as the captain of the Shimano Family, as well as the patriarch of the Majima Family.

Manager of the Grand, Sotenbori's top cabaret. He was once a Tojo Clan yakuza in Kamurocho, but when his sworn brother Taiga Saejima killed 18 men in a raid, Majima defied the clan and suffered brutal punishment, lost his left eye, and was placed in Sagawa's custody in Sotenbori. He was sent to kill Empty Lot owner Makoto Makimura, but soon found himself protecting her instead. When she is later shot before him, his worry and anger drive him to set off on a full-frontal assault on the Dojima Family.
Yakuza Kiwami 2[]
Former patriarch of the Majima Family, a Tojo Clan subsidiary. He is called The Mad Dog of Shimano for his violent and unpredictable behavior. As a man obsessed with strength, he gave little consideration to the circumstances of his organization and chose instead to chase Kiryu during the events of last year. However, with Shimano's passing and recent changes within the Tojo Clan, he rose to the rank of patriarch. Nevertheless, after a certain disturbance, he left the Tojo Clan along with his subordinates.
